Annual General Meeting and Annual Clinic For 2010
The Annual General Meeting for 2010 will be held at the
Soaring Eagle Casino and the Annual
Clinic at Central Michigan University at the
Indoor Athletic Center. The code for the Soaring Eagle Casino is (Not yet available). Go on-line to www.soaringeaglecasino.com, click on Reserve Your Room Today, input the date information and the group code and the choices will pop up. Go

and book your room.

Annual Clinic Information
Location (Please note the date change to the first weekend in March from the last weekend in February):

Michigan University, Mt. Pleasant, MI. It will be located at the
CMU
Indoor
Athletic Center.
MHSAA Rules Meeting: The Michigan High
School Athletic Association will conduct a rules meeting before the annual meeting as they
do each year. The meeting is at 6:00 p.m. on
Friday, March 5, 2010 at Mt. Pleasant High School.
Annual General Meeting: The Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Friday night, March 5, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. The
meeting will be held at the Soaring Eagle Casino in Mt. Pleasant. Please let the
Executive Board know by Feb. 1, 2010 if there are agenda items you would
like to add to the AGM. Members will have a chance to meet and interact on Friday night after the AGM with our Saturday clinician. Annual Meeting Agenda.

Players for Clinic: This year we will be using the Notre Dame Men's team as demonstration players.
Housing: We are using the
Soaring Eagle Casino for the AGM and
have rooms set aside, until February 15. Please call the Soaring Eagle Casino at 877-232-4532 and press option #5. Reservations will take care of you from there. Tell them you are with the MHSSCA for March 5. Other hotels for
near the conference are the
Comfort Inn (989-772-4000); the Fairfield Inn (616-836-9325); the Super 8
(800-868-5252; 989-773-8888).

Member's Cost - Paid Member - Pre-registering - cost is $65.00 - Must be postmarked by Feb. 25 (If you pre-register post marked by this date you will ensure you have materials and a t-shirt from the clinic. Those registering past that cut off date or at the door are not guaranteed clinician material or a t-shirt from the clinic.)
After February 25, you must register at the door the day of the clinic. |

Non Member (but active high school coach) - Pre-registering -
cost is $100.00 - Must be postmarked by Feb. 25. Includes a membership
to the MHSSCA, materials for the clinic and a 2010 clinic t-shirt. After Feb. 15, you must register at the door the
day of the clinic. |
