Membership Information:

Coaches who pay prior to the deadlines will pay the following rates (Boys’ season deadline is October 1 and the Girls’ season deadline is May 1.  All coaches pay $35.00. 

If you miss the deadline date and still want to nominate your players for post season honors, follow these procedures:

1.  If you missed the savings date above you must pay your $100.00 membership fee at the All District meeting. Do not mail it past the above deadline. The fee must be paid by either school check, certified check, or money order.  Sorry, when you pay at the All District meeting no cash or personal checks can be accepted.  You must also have a completed membership application. Bring the application and the payment to the District meeting.  This all must be done prior to the start of the All District meeting. Make checks payable to MHSSCA. If you lost your membership card and it is too late to get a replacement, contact our Executive Director, David Hulings, at 231.865.1455.  If a coach has no membership and a district meeting allows his players to be recognized, those players will not be able to receive their honors.  

2.  Your application and payment must accompany all paper work out of your district and arrive at the final All State Selection meeting.  If the material does not arrive at the all state selection meeting as outlined, no awards will be provided for your team.  There will be no substitute players to replace those nominated by your team, so it is important that the payment and application are cared for.  It is suggested that any payments and membership application from the All District and All Region meetings be hand delivered at each step and not placed in the mail.  

3.  You will not receive any All District certificates or All Region certificates until after the All State meeting.  Once your membership application has been processed you will receive your membership card and any certificates your team has been awarded.
